YourWood webshop privacy policy.

Webshop YourWood (hereafter webshop) is owned by Päevatäht OÜ (registration code 14211976 ), address Koskla 2, 86602, Pärnu, Estonia. The company is responsible for processing personal data of the customers.

Data of which webshop is processing:

− customer name, phone number and e-mail address;
− delivery destination;
− customer bank account number;
− data related to payments;
− data related to customer service.

Main goal of processing personal data:

Webshop uses the personal data (name, phone number, address, e-mail address, bank account data) only to process the order, to deliver the order and to answer the inquiries. 
Data of puchase history (date of purchase, product, quantity, customers data) could be used to analyze customer preferences for products ordered from the webshop.
The bank account number provided by the customer could be used to make refunds for the customer. Other personal data (e-mail address, phone number, name) could be processed to resolve any issues or problems (customer support).

To whom is personal data transferred?

All bank link payments are made through secure environment of the service provider, Maksekeskus AS. Päevatäht OÜ is responsible processor of the personal data and transfers data nessessary for making payments to the authorized payment provider, Maksekeskus AS.
In case of claims related to payments, personal data will be stored until enforcement or the expiry of the limitation period.
Personal data required for accounting purposes are kept for seven years.

Deleting personal data.

To delete personal data, contact A request for deletion shall be answered within maximum of 14 days. Webshop will specify the need for deleting data with the customer.

Direct marketing information.

Yourwood webshop respects customer privacy and does not send direct marketing messages without having permission from the customer.
E-mail address and phone number is being used to send direct marketing messages only if customer has given permission for it. If the customer does not want to receive direct marketing messages, they must contact customer support.
